Club
Sky located above the sports bar is yet another alternative
for your parties needs. Larger than the Backroom, Club Sky
seats 150 comfortably and still offers all of the amenities
of our restaurant. Club Sky is the perfect option for a company
holiday party with a full catering menu, full bar and the ability
to continue the night with a DJ for dancing or live music.
All of our rooms at Jackson’s offer plenty of televisions
for viewing, and there own individual sound systems. We can
also provide other items your group may need such as audio/visual
equipment or a DJ.
Since 1995 Jackson’s has accommodated many organizations
such as The United Way, The American Cancer Society, Coors,
Safeway, college graduation parties, holiday parties, as well
as rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions. We look forward

olives, tomatoes and green onions. Served with salsa and
tortilla chips for dipping. $50.00 serves 25 people.
Eggrolls
Vegetable spring rolls. Served with hot mustard and szechuan

Chicken Tenders
Breaded, large chicken tenders. Served with BBQ sauce and ranch
